Problems connecting?
If 'eduroam' isn't connecting anymore on your iOS device, then instruct your device to 'forget' the network:
- Tap Settings and Wi-Fi, then tap the 'I' icon next to 'eduroam'
- Tap 'Forget This Network' then tap 'Forget' to confirm
- Tap the < next to 'Wi-Fi' along the top of the screen (on the right side) to return to the list of detected Wi-Fi networks
- Now try connecting to 'eduroam' again following steps 1 – 6 above
- If you still can't get 'eduroam' to connect, students should contact SID and staff should contact the ICT Service Desk on ext. 3366.
