Our Services, Policies and Terms & Conditions

We are based at the Luton campus with a small team also operating from Bedford and are here to help current students or graduates from the University of Bedfordshire with their career planning and progression.

The Careers and Employability Service is not part of any combined careers service. However, we work collaboratively with Target Connect (a third party careers service) to deliver our Careersonline platform.

Quality Assurance

The Careers and Employability Service network with local and national employers and organisations. Building good relationships enables us to keep up to date with relevant resources and information about graduate schemes, employment legislation, current vacancies, careers events and subject specific information. We are members of the following professional bodies:

  • AGCAS (Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services)
  • ASET (The Work Based and Placement Learning Association)

The University of Bedfordshire Careers and Employability Service are proud to have been awarded the AGCAS Membership Quality Standard (2022-2025).

The Careers and Employability Service aims to unlock the potential of students and graduates and enable them to manage their future careers.

We provide access to careers information, advice, guidance and support to students studying at the University of Bedfordshire. Graduates can access a range of support for as long as they need after the completion of their course of study.
