TRICTSME A web-based intelligent training and advisory system for the use ICTs in SMEs 1999-2001 Leonardo da Vinci, UK

Project objectives:

• Establish the nature and extent of common problems and training needs in the process of adopting the information and communication technology (EC, EDI and the Internet).
• Design effective training modules.
• Identify the theoretical and practical sources of professional knowledge and expertise needed for effective ICTs training and document the knowledge and expertise from identified sources.
• Develop web-based intelligent training system and advisory system.
• Testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the training system with industrial partners and other SMEs managers.
• Dissemination of the training system at European level through the Internet.
