The Centre for Sustainable Development, Energy Transitions and Climate Change is a leading and dynamic hub for innovative and implementation of cutting-edge strategies that can be applied across various sectors to bolster an inclusive and equitable transition to sustainable and renewable energy, economic development, climate action and environmental sustainability. In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we undertake data-driven, evidence-based technical research to activate practical solutions, provide the relevant comprehensive skills training, influential publication /reporting and expert consultancy to support people and communities on the journey to Net Zero. Our Centre is committed to impactfully alleviating the most pressing challenges of our time through groundbreaking solutions and worldwide collaborations by engaging with a range of stakeholders including academia, governments, industry, business, civil society, and policymakers to ensure that our work is informed by practice and can be readily adopted.

To remain at the forefront of providing practical solutions, research, and expert advisory consultation in advancing sustainable development, driving energy transitions, and combating climate change through multidisciplinary research, education, and policy advocacy. We aim to reduce the complexity of delivering these three key agenda concurrently and foster solidarity and stewardship in building a sustainable future.
