You must be fully registered, enrolled on the correct units and allocated to your teaching activities for your individual student timetable to be automatically populated. You can check your registration status and which units you are enrolled to take via UoB eVision

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your timetable to generate after you have completed your registration.

Please also ensure that you are viewing the correct time period in MyBeds Timetabler that is relevant to the teaching delivery.

There are some units where students are split into a number of different groups and you need to be allocated to a group before it shows on your personal timetable. These units will not show on your timetable until this has happened.

To view more details for an event, hover over an event in the calendar until the image icon appears, clicking on this will reveal further information. The information icon can also be clicked on the event in tools to see the expanded information.

Yes you can! If you check out your profile page there will be a section for notifications where you can configure how you would like to be notified, either in-app, or email, as well as which notification types you wish to receive.

Your university Outlook calendar has been automatically synced, and all activities and events will now be linked directly to your calendar.

You can view other resources timetables via the home page, by using the directory to toggle which resources appear on the calendar. The resource type can be changed by selecting the desired resource from the list located to the right of the Directory. The resource grid view also makes it easier to see the events associated with a resource.
