A Digital & Technology Solutions Professional provides technology enabled solutions to internal and/or external customers, in a range of areas including software, business and systems analysis, cyber security, data analysis and network infrastructure. They implement technology solutions that enable businesses to develop new products and services and to increase an organisations productivity using digital technologies.

The Improvement Apprenticeship Suite develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead, develop and implement improvement projects. across a wide variety of organisations. Improvement projects use problem solving methodologies supported by change and project management, and data backed decision making to achieve business benefits. A critical aspect of Improvement projects is the development and training of colleagues in these enhanced improvement techniques.

The Improvement Apprenticeship Suite has three courses:

• Level 4 – Improvement Practitioner, which leads to the awarding of a Certificate of Higher Education.
• Level 5 – Improvement Specialist, which leads to the awarding of a Diploma in Higher Education.
• Level 6 – Improvement Leader, which leads to the awarding of a BSc (Hons) Degree of Improvement Leader (Apprenticeship).

Each course may be taken independently and Apprentices will be admitted following an interview and an evaluation of their prior experience and skills assessment.
